Once the purchase order is sent through our virtual store, our sales department will process your order and we will send you by e-mail a proforma invoice for the total amount and the instructions to make the corresponding payment.

Way to pay: Transference in advance.
France and Italy (Except for islands) free transport once you arrive to 1.500€ (Before taxes).
Portugal (Except for islands) free transport once you arrive to 800€ (Before taxes).
Andorra free transport once you arrive to 1.000€ (Before taxes).
Spanish Peninsula (Except Ceuta and Melilla) free transport once you arrive to 500€ (Before taxes).
Catalonia free transport once you arrive to 380€ (Before taxes).
Mallorca, Menorca e Ibiza (Balearic Islands) free transport once you arrive to 650€ (Before taxes).
Formentera free transport once you arrive to 1.000€ (Before taxes).
Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla: Consult with the Commercial department.
If you don't arrive to the amount indicated in your country we will include the cost of the transport in proforma or if you prefer you can send your own transport.
If you don't arrive at the amount indicated we will calculate the cost of the transport and add it in the proforma invoice.
EXCEPTIONS IN SHIPPING: Special measures ask for a budget.
Rest of the countries:
If you are from the European Union we can calculate the cost of the transport and add it on the proforma invoice for your information.
If your aren't from European Union the terms are EXWORKS (It means you have to send your own transport)
Incidents and breakages:
If your order suffers any damage or doesn't arrived in good condition, you must inform us within 24 hours via e-mail to email@example.com with pictures, otherwise, any claim out of this period won't be attended.
Please, check the merchandise carefully to detect possible damages before the deadline established by the agency. If at the moment of receiving the order you already detect any anomaly (lack of packages, packages in bad condition, etc.), you must include it on the delivery note, otherwise the transport won't be responsible.
If externally there is no incidence of damages in the boxes or pallets, indicate on the delivery note of the transport agency "Pending of examination" in this way if there are damages that weren't apparent at naked eye the transport will take charge.
In the case that you want to return a product, you must previously notify Concoral, S.A., once we have approved the return you must send it in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
We won't accept returns for the items that we have to produce (on the website you can check which items are on stock and which has to be produce it).
Returns won't be accepted without prior authorization.
Transport will be at the customer's charge.
